50s Lakeview High school Chiefs, from San Angelo, TX, basketball warmup jacket. Maroon red wool with white striped nylon banding around edges and as decoration. White twill Native American chief patches at the arms. The players name "McMurry" is in white twill lettering on the back. Zip front. Short sleeve. Unlined. There are snaps on the back of the jacket, right under the name. I'm not sure what would have been snapped to the jacket, possibly a number or title? Unfortunately I found nothing included with the jacket to snap on it.
Garment measurements were taken with the garment laid flat and doubled to reach the actual measurement. When comparing a garment's measurement to your own, please allow 1-2 inches for breathing room and proper fit.

Condition: Excellent! No holes or tears! This has been cleaned. The Chief patches and name letters are no longer bright white and have yellowed with time. The snaps and zipper both have developed a verdigris patina. I have polished as much of the zipper as possible, but slight green does still show. This does not affect the functionality of the zipper, just the color. The zipper works smoothly.
