Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping:

All domestic items are shipped via either USPS 1st class or Priority Mail (whichever you choose at checkout) and will receive a delivery confirmation number. Items ship with in 1-3 business days and an email is sent with tracking. If you would like faster shipping, please contact me for a shipping quote.

International Shipping:

International items are shipped either 1st class (without a tracking number, but with a customs receipt number as proof of shipment) and may take up to 2-5 weeks to arrive at their destination, or Priority Mail International (with tracking, 6-10 days travel time). You're choice at checkout. Shipping covers shipping costs only and any customs fees, duties, or VAT that your country requires on your end are your responsibility.

Due to United States federal law, I do not ship to the following countries: Burma (Myanmar), Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan or Syria. Any transactions which originate from and/or request shipping to these countries will be cancelled and your money refunded.

International Shipping and VAT/customs Fees

Shipping covers shipping costs only and any customs fees, duties, or VAT that your country requires on your end are your responsibility. Each country varies and it is your responsibility to know your country's tax system. Also, I do not lie on customs forms. Please do not ask me to do so.

Shipping Costs:
The shipping cost for each listing includes the actual United States Postal Service shipping fees, insurance, the cost for all shipping and packaging materials per order and the gasoline to drive the parcels to the post office.

Shipping Insurance: Insurance is now included on all purchases and is part of the the shipping cost in each item listing.

Shipping Dates:
I ship daily Monday-Friday and do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Late/Lost Parcels:
Please, contact me if you were expecting an order and the order is past due. I will provide you with the tracking number of your item as proof of shipment. If I have lost the receipt, or am unable to provide you with solid proof of shipment, I will either send replacement items, or b) a refund for your order.

Damaged Parcels:
All items are shipped with insurance. If your item arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, an insurance claim will be filed and a refund will be given. An insurance claim may require the customer to provide photos of damage or an affidavit of non-receipt.
